Short Sale Criteria

If you have questions concerning a short sale please contact me. The lender should approve your short sale before the house is placed on the market. You not only have to owe more than the house is worth but you also have to show that you can no longer afford to make the payments. If you cannot show both the lender will not approve your short sale request.
